Discussion NAHAC Revised Code of Ethics
The Panel discusses:
- The issues that lead to the decision to create a revised Code of Ethics.
- Perceived changes in the health care advocacy landscape
- How the Code of Ethics will help with the continued professionalization of patient/health care advocacy.
- Attendees should gain an understanding of the revised Code of Ethics and the major changes made to the document as well as the rules that should guide them as they practice health care advocacy.
