Karrie has personally experienced the ill effects of stress and burnout. She is now passionate about sharing the gifts of stress resilience and wellness. Karrie helps busy professionals tame the chaos and stress in their life to avoid burnout, find their energy and love living their life again.

Before moving into private practice, Karrie was a CNO and COO in acute care hospitals. Karrie also has clinical expertise in critical care, high-risk OB, and case management. Karrie obtained her baccalaureate degree in nursing from the University of Florida and received her Masters of Organizational Leadership focused on Strategic Change from Colorado State University. Karrie resides in Arizona with her husband and son.
