Lifestyle Transformation
Program Overview:
Patient advocates work with clients and families to navigate through the complex healthcare system in an efficient manner. In doing this, they can find themselves in stressful situations. Many times, advocates watch their clients experience pain and suffering that many times can be attributed to poor lifestyle choices and unhealthy behaviors.
In addition, stress can also affect the health and wellbeing of YOU, the patient advocate. When patient advocates are equipped with a toolbox of healthy lifestyle choices, they are in a better position to educate their clients, and also take better care of themselves allowing them to be more productive.
Session Objectives:
- How to incorporate tips for a healthier lifestyle
- How to better manage stress
