Andy Chu, Esq.

Andy began his legal career as a public interest attorney in 2003. He worked at a nonprofit called Positive Resource Center “PRC” where he represented folks on disability claims and health insurance. In 2009, he became the Legal Director of PRC. He is an expert in the integration of state, federal and ERISA disability benefits. In 2019, he took a break from work and authored the book The Art and Law of Rest: A Legal Guide to Paid Medical Leave. Currently, he is in private practice in San Francisco. He graduated from UC Law San Francisco and UC Berkeley.
