NAHAC Committee Openings Available

From health care advocacy and membership to professional development and marketing, your experience and knowledge can contribute to NAHAC's mission and vision for the future. Please view the committee descriptions below to determine your interest.

  1. Marketing - The Marketing and Communications committee plays a significant role in NAHAC's strategic goals by collaborating with other committees to create content promoting professional development, resources and networking opportunities, informing and engaging current and potential members, and broadening the organization's public image and influence. Volunteer members will assist in coordinating marketing and communication activities, including collaborating with other NAHAC committees to promote membership, education, and events; provide content and ideas; identifying potential marketing opportunities for the organization; and assisting with NAHAC digital content and announcements.
  2. Education - NAHAC's Education Committee develops a well- balanced array of learning experiences and events for independent professional patient and health care advocates. As an Education Committee member, you will collaborate with the Chair and Committee Chair to define the short and long-term education needs and goals. You will contribute to program development including the identification and collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality educational program content.
  3. Membership - As a membership-based organization, NAHAC is dedicated to promoting patient and health care advocacy. Our focus on empowerment, education, and collaboration provides a national forum and sense of community to all of our member professional healthcare advocates. As a volunteer on the Membership Committee, you will play a crucial role in supporting NAHACs membership initiatives. You will work closely with the Membership Committee to help attract, engage, and retain members. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and sustainability of our organization.
