Program Overview:

Known as a “referral specialist”, Cathy connects clients and colleagues with other individuals, service providers, and community resources (including health, financial, residential, transportation, and legal). Cathy’s webinar will share with NAHAC members her knowledge of these resources along with tips on how to organize articles, contacts, and vendor information for your clients and colleagues.

Session Objectives:

  1. List specific sources of community referrals and professional resources (financial, residential, transportation, and legal).
  2. Tips to organize Articles/Contacts/Vendors for your clients/colleagues
  3. Learn ways you can be a referral expert in your area.
